Organizations that love our swings
The story behind
Our Swings
Our wheelchair swing was designed with a heartfelt purpose—to bring the simple joy of swinging to those restricted to wheelchairs. Inspired by Chad’s experience building gazebos and creating a swing for his niece Mary Clara, who has cerebral palsy, every detail of this swing has been refined to ensure maximum safety, comfort, and ease of use. It provides more than just a pleasant porch swing movement; it offers therapeutic motion and encourages meaningful face-to-face interactions.
Crafted to commercial quality standards, its simple, elegant design fits seamlessly into any landscape, delivering a trusted, life-enhancing experience for both children and adults.
Each swing reminds me
of the joy I get to see on their faces!
Our desire is to see people smile in an area of life where smiles are most precious. Like a child in a mothers arms, our swing brings a simple rocking motion into the life of many who have forgotten the joy of the simple motion of a porch swing. Caretakers can now safely provide the joy of motion therapy that most of the world takes for granted. The wheelchair swing allows us to partake in a simple and safe mobility activity without the hassle of transferring loved ones from their wheelchair. Our unique design allows the attendant to keep their feet safely on the ground, giving immediate control over the swings movement. This swing can be stopped and started easily and quickly.
